Seller and contract formation
QRMUST Solutions & Representations LLC, formed in Delaware, United States, offers the services described on this website. A contact inquiry is not an order confirmation. Before work begins, the parties must agree in writing on the service, deliverables, price, currency, payment schedule, timing and any specific conditions. A written quotation or service agreement prevails for its specific scope; mandatory legal rights always apply.
Prices, payments and external costs
The quotation must specify applicable taxes, deposits and any third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, software licenses, government fees, shipping or customs charges. Do not assume these are included unless expressly stated. This website does not process card payments or offer an automated checkout. Use only the payment instructions supplied for your confirmed engagement.
Delivery, changes and customer cooperation
The client must supply accurate information, materials, lawful access and timely approvals needed for the agreed service. Delivery dates depend on the stated scope and these inputs; external authority or supplier timelines are outside our control. Additional work, revisions beyond the agreed scope and recurring renewals require clear terms and acceptance. No automatic renewal is established by this page.
Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation or report a problem promptly at info@qrmust.com. Before payment, the quotation or agreement must explain any cancellation deadline, charges for work already performed, treatment of committed third-party costs and refund conditions. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or invent a fixed refund period. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty and refund rights under applicable law prevail over contrary contractual wording.
Ownership, licenses and service limits
The service agreement must state ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables and any payment conditions for transfer. Pre-existing materials and third-party tools remain subject to their owners’ licenses. The client must have rights to materials supplied. Professional, administrative and technical support is limited to the agreed scope; approvals, immigration selection and commercial success are not guaranteed. Goods or import/export engagements require written product, delivery, insurance, customs and risk-allocation terms before acceptance.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact info@qrmust.com with your quotation or invoice reference and a description of the issue so we can seek a resolution. Delaware law applies to the extent permitted, subject to mandatory protections and competent jurisdictions applicable to the customer. These general conditions do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive non-waivable rights or set an agreed limitation of liability in the absence of a specific contract.
