Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small browser records. Local storage and session storage also store information on your device, but are different browser mechanisms. This policy covers the technologies used by the current website and the communications component.
Storage used by this website
The website stores qrmust-language in localStorage to remember your manually selected English or Spanish preference until you clear it or change it. When localStorage is unavailable, it tries sessionStorage, which lasts for the browser session. qrmust-scroll in sessionStorage temporarily records the destination page, timestamp and visible position when switching language; it is removed when read on the destination page. These records are used for language and navigation, not advertising profiles.
3CX and external services
The 3CX chat component is loaded only when you press the chat button or retry a requested connection. Opening it connects your browser to the configured 3CX server, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and connection details. You can browse the website and use email without opening the chat. WhatsApp links open an external service that applies its own policies. The current website code does not include an analytics or advertising tracker.
Chat storage in your browser
The chat component uses localStorage. The key callus.greeting_activated records whether its greeting has been activated. Depending on your interaction, it may also use keys beginning with call-us-token-, call-us-auth- and call-us-chat-active- for connection tokens, visitor authentication information and active chat state. Authentication information may include the name and email you provide. It may use callus.collapsed in sessionStorage to remember whether the chat is minimized during the browser session. These are browser storage records, not traditional cookies, and this list is not a complete inventory of every possible interaction or server response.
Storage duration and deletion
LocalStorage has no automatic browser expiry: records can remain across visits until the component removes them or you clear site data. SessionStorage normally lasts for the browser tab session. Closing the chat window does not by itself guarantee deletion of every local record. Browser storage and conversation records held on the 3CX server are separate; clearing your browser does not by itself delete server records. For information or requests about your conversation and its retention, contact info@qrmust.com.
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 when you interact with it, not automatically on initial page load. It helps prevent automated abuse and may use cookies and browser storage, including the _GRECAPTCHA cookie; actual records and duration depend on Google and the interaction. The server checks the submitted token before sending the inquiry. Read Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you prefer not to use the form, you may email us directly.
Managing your preferences
You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing qrmust-language resets the remembered language; blocking storage may affect preference persistence or communications. The language selector remains available. If optional analytics, advertising or other technologies requiring consent are introduced, their details and any required consent controls must be provided before activation.
